This new Taco/Burrito place caught my eye.... conveniently located in Lakewood Towne Center, next to Great Clips and across from Target. Here you choose your own ingredients in proportions you like. Great variety of different ingredients and hot sauces! I will be a "Chronic" customer from now on ...
I wish i lived closer so I could go more often. One time several years ago i door dashed it, and was disappointed with my chronic tots, but that's the only time out of many orders since i discovered this place that i can claim it was less than 5 stars. A) i don't eat out much, B), i will drive the 20 mins or if I am in the area, even if I'm not hungry and stop in here, and take it for later. But, ultimately, they are my secret weapon, they make me look good. I am occasionally tasked with handling big lunch orders, or putting together lunch for large meetings, reward lunches that sort, for 10-80 people, this isn't an every day thing, but when the call comes in, this is the first place i call. Their catering is top notch. They can deliver for the super big ones, or you can stop and pick it up, and it will be all packaged, easy to carry in these wonderful catering boxes, not weird bags that fall over, and hard to carry. I spent an hour while a training group asked, OMG where is this place, what is this, and Good Job! I am the star of the show, and all i had to do was send an email, and pick it up. The owner is straight gold, and genuinely cares about her business and her customers. So, if you happen to be in the area and just want a good food, or you are looking for a reasonably priced office lunch (or bigger) THIS should be your go to place.
Fantastic service, friendly staff, great food. Breakfast bowl with chorizo was incredible, and the tots were somehow still crispy in spite of soaking in all those delicious juices. literally no clue why anyone would rate this place less than 5 stars. We will definitely be returning.

Holy burrito this was a great pick for lunch! Katie gave me suggestions on how to build the best chicken burrito with all the fixins. Sabor for sure, the food was amazing.
Food is delicious, reasonably priced, and their veggie burrito with fresh sauteed fajitas veggies and fresh guacamole was so good! Staff were super nice, plenty of parking outside, our kids like building their own tacos. We used to frequent the Chronics in the SoCal area when we lived there and are happy to have one here in Washington. Please open one closer to Seattle!
I don't have any pictures of the food because we ate it so fast. My boys all have different tastes so I tried to get a variety of items. We ordered the Chronic Fries with pretty much everything on it and the Al Pastor (my favorite). Also, the fish taco Baja style, potato taco with recommended toppings, a couple steak tacos, chicken bowl-rito, and steak nachos carefully topped for an eight-year-old (no tomatoes, please!) Everything was hot and the ingredients were fresh. The employees were very patient with my indecisive gang, and that is most appreciated. We all shared the food and gave each one two thumbs up. But the fish and potato tacos were clear favorites.
